Amazon sponsorship

Goal:
Create a brand-aligned series of animated idents for Amazon’s partnership with The Great British Bake Off, designed to run on Channel 4 and On demand promote Alexa devices while maintaining the brand of GBBO.

 

Strategy:
We developed a narrative-driven, playful animation style that combined GBBO’s warmth with Amazon’s tone of voice. The project required careful alignment with multiple stakeholders including many layers of Amazon’s marketing team.

I led the project end-to-end, managing pre-production, creative approvals, delivery schedules, and post-production. We built a toolkit of modular animations to allow for multiple cutdowns, timings, and seasonal variants.

Outcome:
The campaign ran across the full GBBO series window and received positive feedback from both client and viewers. It was used across linear and digital, and laid the groundwork for future Amazon x entertainment sponsorships.

CASE STUDY #2

Performance Marketing @ King

Goal:
Increase user acquisition and reduce cost per install (CPI) through strategic creative testing on platforms like Meta and Programmatic channels.

 

Strategy:
As a video producer in King’s performance marketing team, I’m responsible for the development and delivery of “master” creatives - videos designed to test new hypotheses against existing control ads. These tests include multiple variants (visual hooks, messaging angles, animation styles) crafted to isolate specific elements and understand what drives performance.

I work closely with performance strategy, buying teams and creatives to shape test structures that are clear, measurable, and aligned with platform best practices. Assets are localised, resized, and versioned for multi-territory rollout.
 

Outcome:
Our learnings directly inform the creative that enters business-as-usual (BAU) circulation - the highest-performing elements from testing are scaled, adapted, and fed into always-on campaigns. While individual test videos may not always outperform the control, the insight gathered is foundational to long-term performance improvement.

 

My Role:

- Owned creative production from brief to delivery

- Managed multi-variant deliveries for testing structures across multiple markets

- Coordinated across UA, analytics, and post teams to execute tests at scale

- Oversaw localisation, resizing, and version control for platform readiness
